Training Support Tools Overview
Training Support Tools (TST) is a SharePoint page that contains learning and development resources, information, and tools geared toward helping you with your training, design, and facilitation needs. There are four easy to navigate sections with relevant, reliable, and clearly defined information. Whether you are scoping out training needs for your workgroup, developing your own content, assigning training and so forth, you can leverage this page as a starting point to explore possibilities.
L&D Process
The Learning & Development Process section will help you to learn what types of issues training is a great solution for. You will also find information about what questions to ask to determine the types of performance issues you are facing, which in turn will lead you to determine the right solution, whether it is training or another remedy. From there if training is the right solution, we have curated resources you may find helpful to get started.

The LMS (Learning Management System) is a platform for tracking, reporting, and documenting training that takes place within the company. This section provides an overview of the LMS, where to find LMS resources, an introduction to the Staging site for course testing, and instructions on requesting administrator access. Information on the Contractor Training System (CTS) is also provided.
